AoF History
AoF (Alliance of Freelancers) was founded on 26th November 2006 on Voidserver, a server for Multiplayer Freelancer. We started as a small alliance and slowly built up over time. We became an official clan of Void by March 2007 and became pretty large. We went through a rough patch a year after we were founded but managed to revive and since then we have been expanding to other games like Ogame, Ikariam, Puzzle Pirates and Guild Wars.

AoF Philosophy
As a multi-national gaming clan we are open to gamers from around the world. In our games, we believe in the independence of player and believe in connecting the individual brilliance under strong leadership to achieve collective brilliance. Freedom is the cornerstone of our gaming style, we give a lot of freedom to our members in the way they play and approach the game. We keep rules to the minimum and respect is given to every member.

AoF Leadership
Leadership is another cornerstone of AoF. We look for leadership potential among our members and help the potential leaders to take on more responsibilities. This a continuous process which when coupled with recruitment help the alliance to be more dynamic. Leadership is collective and major decisions are taken through consensus and debate. Transparency makes decision making honest.
